The server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser and operating system, referring site. They are used to run the site, keep it secure and diagnose errors.
b) Contact
When you write to us (form, e-mail, phone), we process your name, your e-mail address, your phone number if you give it and the content of your message, in order to reply.
c) Customer account and orders
For an order, we process your first and last name, billing address, e-mail address, phone number, login details (encrypted password), products ordered, amounts, dates and order status.
d) Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland, and its affiliates). You enter your payment details directly on Stripe’s secure page; we never see or store your card details. For customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Stripe acts as payment service provider on our behalf. For customers in other countries, the sale is made through Link, a Stripe service, which acts as reseller (Merchant of Record) and independent controller for payment, invoicing, VAT and payment-related support. We send Stripe the products ordered, their amount, your email address and your language; Stripe sends us the payment status, the amount paid and the tax collected so that we can activate your licence. See Stripe’s privacy policy and Link’s.
For payment by invoice (customers in Switzerland only), we process your billing details to issue and follow up the invoice.
e) Licences and updates
Each purchase is linked to a licence key associated with your e-mail address. When your Joomla site checks for or downloads an update, we record the key used, the extension and version concerned, the site address or the server’s IP address, and the date. These data are used to check the validity of the licence, deliver updates and prevent abuse.
